The Lather, Rinse, Repeat cycle begins with each playwright bringing in a full-length piece, which is read out loud by professional actors in its entirety.  Then we collectively clear our heads with four weeks of short play readings, capped by a a public performance. Finally, we hold a weekend writing retreat to generate new material for the next round. Then we do it all again.
